Re run condensate vinyl off of pump to the sump
Fix condensate leak on a 96% Trane gas furnace
Thoroughly explained how to use Nest termostat, wrote down how to use it and how to make and adjust schedule. Replaced humidifier filter and set it for winter and set humidity level. Gave resident furnace filter size and she ordered it in line. Took measurements to replace hot water heater.
